Andre Huefler

  • Bereiter and Accredited Level II International Trainer 
  • USDF Bronze and Silver Medallist
  • Skilled with riders and horses from Training Level to Grand Prix 


Originally from Germany, Andre has ridden with and trained for some of the top names in dressage.  In Germany he competed in dressage and jumping and was a 2-time National Quadrille Champion. Andre holds a Bereiter FN (Dressage and Jumping) certification as one of Germany’s national riders and a Level II International Trainer’s License. He is known for his horse-friendly approach, emphasizing rider effectiveness and accountability. 

He has trained with some of the most recognized names in dressage, including: Holger Schmezer (National Dressage Coach for Germany), Klaus Balkenhol (former National Dressage Coach for Germany and the United States), Luis Lucio (2x Olympian and National Dressage Coach for Spain) and Conrad Schumacher (c0ach of over 37 medalists in international competitions). Andre has held training positions with top dressage establishments, including Tempel Farms, Reitschule Pichelsburg, Dressurstall Holga Finken, and Hennig Reitstall.  His students and horses have been successful in competitions to the FEI levels in both Germany and in the United States.  

Carlie Serif

Carlie earned her USDF Silver Medal with Distinction in 2023 and her USDF Bronze Medal in 2020. She has produced her American-bred Oldenburg, Shtratego, from a 3-year-old and successfully competed through Intermediaire I. Carlie has also run and managed some of the premier boarding and lesson programs on the East Coast.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Equine Business Management from Post University in 2012. In addition, in 2011, Carlie received her stage 1-3 and PTT certifications from the prestigious British Horse Society. Carlie focuses her training on balance, harmony, and the principles of classical equitation. Her students and horses in training appreciate her patience, consistency, and sense of humor. Carlie strongly believes that creating a consistent program of wellness, prevention, and happy horses will make training more enjoyable for horses and humans alike.

Charlie started his eventing career in Area 1 and has had the opportunity to produce multiple horses through the FEI levels. Throughout his time, he has worked and ridden for multiple 5* and Olympic team riders, showcasing his talent and dedication. He is also very gifted at developing a well-rounded system for producing young horses.

Charlie created a successful business in California, riding for several hunter-jumper barns and establishing his own eventing sales yard. His primary focus, above all else, is teaching students how to understand important fundamentals before focusing on the competitive aspect. He emphasizes defensive position and correct progression in training, ensuring his students are extremely prepared to ride the same whether they are schooling at home or competing at a show. His students love his positivity, passion for the sport, and his ability to create relatable analogies as it pertains to riding.

With over 20 years of riding, breaking, and showing experience, Meaghan Glass develops happy horses and riders. Meaghan creates individualized programs for each horse and rider, managing everything from nutrition to health care and weekly exercise plans.

An expert at matching the right horse to the right rider, Meaghan develops personalized plans for each rider to make sure goals are met in a safe, progressive and fun environment.
